Redwood Canyon Studio

My family arrived in Big Sur 1957, I was seven the oldest of five kids. Big Sur was still an undiscovered wild place during the bohemia era of Henry Miller. My parents at the time were internationally recognized artists, creating fine art silkscreen prints, serigraphs. Having the experience of growing up without television in an artistic family, I was naturally trained from an early age to see and feel the world as an artist. For the last 20 years I have sought photos of the rugged Big Sur coastal light capturing the cosmic and rendering into eternal images of this ever changing illumination of Creation's powerful beauty.

All of my art is created here in the Redwood Canyon Studio, Big Sur, on these wide format printers over looking the Pacific.
